Whimsical Clay Creations offers the following Returns Policy: For as long as I'm creating polymer clay work, I will repair and/or replace (at my discretion) any piece you've purchased from me as long as it was not intentionally mistreated. It can be returned to me at any craftshow where I'm setup or mailed back to me at your expense.
