These are terribly hard to find labels. You get a sheet of stickers 5 1/4 x 4". You will need to handwrite or type on these labels as they won't go through your printer. They are white and removable. Each sheet has 77 labels on it. Use these to label the top of your 5, 10, or 15 ml bottles (they don't fit on top of the smaller bottles).
