How long does it usually take to process my order?

Orders usually ship in one to two business days.

How are orders shipped?
We use the United States Postal Service.

Do you offer overnight or two day shipping?
Yes we do, orders must be received by 10:00 AM.

Do you ship international?
Yes we do.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import fees, import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

What comes in the PADDS software box?
We put PADDS in a convenient carring bag. The bag can carry your laptop computer, books, folders and other materials you might need. We don't use a printed box, we do this to save trees and landfill space.
