PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of order placement via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Business or Cashier's Check.

Products will be shipped once payment has been received.

SHIPPING:

Shipping of most products will be sent via Fedex or UPS GROUND service as a standard.

MTI products will be delivered per standard delivery practices due to the weight and size of treatment chairs and cabinets.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:

Microscopes orders will be processed within 2-3 days of order once payment is received and arrive on average within 10 business days.

Some equipment (MTI Treatment Cabinets and Power Exam Chairs,ENT Tools, and MedRx Video Otoscopes) will be shipped from various manufacturers and could take up to 4-6 weeks to reach your office from date of payment and order placement.

VARIOUS PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Warranties will vary among manufacturers.  SBCS Medical will work with you to make sure you receive the information needed to make a warranty claim.

MICROSCOPE WARRANTY:

Seiler Precision Microscopes carry a limited lifetime warranty on mechanical and optical components, and a one year warranty on electronic components of any Seiler product purchased.

HEINE WARRANTY:

HEINE has pioneered a warranty that reflects the quality and reliability of HEINE products.

All products conform to the European Medical Guidelines MDD 93/42 EG. They carry the CE mark.

All HEINE products carry a 5 year parts and labor warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes disposable and consumable items. Simply the best warranty in the market.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Returned product must receive a Return Authorization in writing from SBCS Medical. A twenty five percent (25%) to thirty five (35%) restocking fee will be charged in such cases, plus shipping charges. Microscopes, Loupes and other products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. The restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted from any refund due the customer within 6 weeks from date of return based on various manufacturers processing the returned merchandise.

Surgical or ENT tools may not be returned once opened.

MICROSCOPE INSTALLATION:

Microscope set-up, as well as basic microscope training, is available and can be scheduled seperately with your local Seiler representative through SBCS Medical. Seiler representatives and service agents are available Nationwide.

Wall and Ceiling Mount installation is not be supported by Seiler representatives for liability purposes, and a general contractor must be used for these installations. The cost varies depending on the installation and will be the purchaser's responsibility.
