Founded in 1980, Pool Operation Management (POM) directs our talents towards consulting, training/educating and management for clients with commercial and residential pools.

Our primary service is teaching the National Swimming Pool Foundation’s Certified Pool Operator® (CPO®) course. This national certification teaches pool professionals how to properly maintain their pools in accordance with state regulations and industry standards.

As a company that trains others how to manage their pools, we offer vast experience and knowledge to our commercial and residential clients as well. We offer a wide array of services to our commercial and residential clients. We believe in preventative maintenance to reduce long term expenses, increasing the efficiency of pool systems and preventing accidents.
