Store Policies

Order of Merlin offers the following Returns Policy:
You may return an item for exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 20 days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Item must be unused and in original packaging. All items in blister packs (example: glasses, goggles, Quidditch accessory kits, makeup kits, etc.) can only be returned if UNOPENED. Sorry, but we can not accept items that have been opened and resealed. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Shipping Options:
Our online service is set up to take orders within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. For other international orders please e-mail us for postage rates and instructions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE LEGALLY SENT TO YOUR COUNTRY. IF THE MERCHANDISE IS REFUSED BY CUSTOMS AND IS RETURNED TO US IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED. IF CUSTOMS DESTROYS THE SHIPMENT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE MERCHANDISE. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TARIFFS IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY.
