Just send us your picture (as a jpeg attachment) and information (name/address) as you want it to appear on the card and we will issue your license.
Be sure to put "Apparator's License" in the subject line of your e-mail.

Young wizards: Please be sure that you have been properly trained by a duly authorized instructor, and have passed your exam before attempting to use.
