2. Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
Once the ordering process is complete, your order will be shipped out within about 2 weeks of receipt of your order. If all items you ordered are in local stock, we will ship immediately. All standard deliveries will be shipped via the method selected during the order processes at the rates quoted on the order. Please supply a valid street address.
Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping methods can be selected during the order process.
International Shipping
We will ship international as is indicated on the order at the rates quoted. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Fit Gear Republic reserves the right to refuse shipment of any package for any reason.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Need to return something? We gladly accept returns made within 7 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. IMPORTANT: Returns must be received with all tags and the original packaging!
Please note, due to health regulations, all sales on underwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return or exchange merchandise
1. Circle the item you're returning or exchanging on the enclosed invoice or packing list.
2. Note the reason for the return.
3. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
4. Now, you're ready to ship. For your own protection we suggest that you send all returns insured and in a traceable manner such as FedEx, UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. We can not be held responsible for lost return packages. Send to:

Please note that all returns will result in a STORE CREDIT unless otherwise requested. The credit will appear on your account as soon as the item is received and an email notice will be sent to you when it is ready for you to use for your re-order.
Returns can only be made for items purchased at FitGR.com sites.
