If you provide your email address, we will send you an order confirmation.
Freight and handling charges will be added to the product cost to determine the total invoiced on the order.
Shipment will be made via best way unless otherwise specified.

Terms
All products are for single patient use only. Ortho Kinetics Corporation will not be responsible for for claims arising from improper use or misuse of products. Please follow the products instructions.

Merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase. A conditional warrantee against defects in manufacturing and workmanship will be extended for one year from date of purchase. 

To return products, call for a return authorization request number (RMA). Returns must be accompanied with a proper return authorization number.  Any product in the original packaging, unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days. There will be no refund of shipping charges on returned items.
