Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service Information page and enter your confirmation number. This page will list the status of your order.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. This feature is available only for U.S.A. customers. Please enter your zip code then click submit.  Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it take to ship to Australia?
A: We ship to Australia via the postal service and orders take approximately 14 days from the shipping day.
