Our Customers purchase is important to us. Therefore, we will make an earnest attempt to resolve your concerns with your purchased product.

Note: Before you purchase The Shark Modem please test the application and it's functionality to ensure it fits your needs. We offer a free 10 Megabyte trial so that our customers can confirm the product works before making a purchase.*

We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for:

Software that has a free trial or demo version offered on the site
Software purchased for the wrong device or mobile operating system
Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process

We regret that we are unable to provide a refund because we offer the free trial as a testing stage before purchase.

*** A 10.00 processing fee may apply in the case if a customer has lost their blackberry or any other reason as why a Shark Modem Customer Representative needs to replace an existing registration code for a customer.
