ONLY PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED at our sole discretion. We provide NO CASH REFUNDS for items returned to us. ANY UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED ORDER THAT IS RETURNED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, plus our cost in initial shipping fees.  When you place an order with us, we, in good faith, implement man hours, shipping materials and shipping costs to prepare and deliver that order to you. When you refuse delivery of your package, you are breaking a contract of good faith between you and our company

#1 - If we sent you a product other than what you ordered on your invoice, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!  We will accept the return, and then ship you the appropriate product. You must include both the invoice that initially came with the order and the unopened/unused product in question.

#2 - If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!  Keep the damaged items for at least 5 business days.   We will ship you an undamaged version of the same product.

In the unlikely event that we cannot completely fill your order, due to product shortage or manufacturer backorder, we will attempt to contact you to explain the options.  If we don't receive a response by the 2nd business day, your order will ship and your credit card will be charged for the products we were able to deliver.  We don't backorder.
We will accept NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS after 12 hours from the time the order was initially placed or if the order has already shipped.
