Store Policies Shipping PolicyDepending on whether the item is in stock, all shipments are subject to 2 - 5 business days in addition to the days that are chosen with the shipment method. For some custom hair orders, there may even be up to 10 business days in addition to shipping days, but only if the item is completely out of stock. A confirmation number will be sent with FedEx and UPS shipments to allow you to check and track your order(s).Return PolicyCurrently, no items will be accepted for return.
