Shipping Policy

Depending on whether the item is in stock, all shipments are subject to 2 - 5 business days in addition to the days that are chosen with the shipment method. For some custom hair orders, there may even be up to 10 business days in addition to shipping days, but only if the item is completely out of stock. A confirmation number will be sent with FedEx and UPS shipments to allow you to check and track your order(s).

Return Policy

Currently, no items will be accepted for return. Our policies will change as transactions and stock increase, so it is recommended to view the policies before each purchase. We are not responsible for any damages to any products. If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact FedEx, UPS, or whoever is the shipper of the product(s).

Customer Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you or a customer is not satisfied, we ask that you contact us via email, post mail or telephone. Although we do not currently accept returns, we will do our best to reimburse any client that is dissatisfied once we are contacted and the incident is explained.
