Store Policies

LaDeDog! Store Policies Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be pleased with your purchases from LaDeDog! If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request to exchange your item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise.  Please contact us promptly to receive a Return Authorization Number.  You must obtain this Authorization Number for an exchange to be accepted.

All items must be in unused, resellable condition with original tags attached. Upon approval,  exchanges will be issued after original item has been received by LaDeDog! 

Custom orders, personalized items (such as I.D. Tags), sale items and perishable items are non-returnable. Due to standard health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers, blankets or beds.  We urge you to measure your pet carefully. One complimentary exchange per item is permitted. After the first exchange, each additional exchange will incur a $12 handling fee per item.

Please keep in mind shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.

 

Should you need to exchange an item with us, please follow these guidelines:

Contact us at ladedog@msn.com  for a Return Authorization Number. This number MUST appear on the outside of the package in which you return the merchandise. Unauthorized returns, COD or Postage Due returns will not be accepted by LaDeDog! and will be returned to the sender. Please indicate the reason for your return on your original invoice and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. For your protection, we recommend insuring and returning your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, such as UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

* After receiving your Authorization Number, you may ship your package to the address provided.

Your package must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date you received your original order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to work with you and correct the problem.

 

Shipping Policy

LaDeDog! ships most orders within 2 business days. Items that are oversized, custom ordered or shipped directly from the designer may take longer. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. LaDeDog! uses the United States Postal Service (First Class or Priority Mail) to ship most of our products. In certain situations, we will use UPS or FedEx to ship orders. We will keep you informed of any shipping adjustments that need to be made after order is placed.

LaDeDog! assumes no responsibility for packages delivered but not received, for any reason, by the customer.  As a precaution, we require the customer's signature at the time of delivery.  To ensure you receive your package in a timely matter, please have your package sent to your place of employment or an address where it can be signed for.  Currently LaDeDog! ships within the United States & Canada. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly. Additional shipping charges may apply and LaDeDog!  is not responsible for duty or customs fees.

For your convenience, we have provided a handy shipment tracker through USPS for you to track when a package is due to arrive.

 

Sales Tax

Merchandise shipped from LaDeDog! are not taxable by Oregon State law.

 

Coupon Codes and Sales Discounts

Coupon codes used within the LaDeDog!  website are permitted one per customer, and are not available with any other discount offer.  Coupons and Gift Certificates have no cash value, therefore can only be used once.  All sales are final.
