What are your methods of shipment?

LaDeDog! ships through USPS to the continental United States by ground or by air. There may be special circumstances where we can use an alternate means of shipping to meet your needs. Please contact us for further information at Shipping.

We do require signature upon delivery, so we recommend that you arrange somebody to be available close to shipment arrival.  We have provided a handy shipment tracker for you to track when a package is due to arrive.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Although we will usually ship packages the next day, it may take up to three days to prepare your shipment.  It should take between 3-5 working days to receive.  Since I.D. Tags are made to order, they can take up to 4 working days, but usually within two days.  Special orders & items made to order may take longer. 

How can I hear more about LaDeDog?

You may join our mailing list by sending an eMail of interest to: News@ladedog.net  or you can keep up on all the sales, events and announcements by reading our LaDeDog! Blog at: LaDeDog! Blog. The LaDeDog! website is updated weekly at LaDeDog.net .

I'm having trouble sizing my pet. What Should I do?

Try visiting the Fitting Room. There are multiple sizing charts and dog measurement techniques to help ensure accuracy in sizing. If you have further questions, try contacting us at Questions@ladedog.net 

I am a representative of the media. How can I inquire about LaDeDog?

If you would like to make a press inquiry, contact us at Astoria@ladedog.net and you will be sent a media information form. We will review your information and contact you at our earliest convenience.

Do you have a physical Store Front?

Our Brick and Mortar Boutique was in opporation from 2006-2008 in Astoria, Oregon.  We have closed the Store Front as of January 2009 and will be relocating in the future.  We currently opperate our Web Store as an Internet only boutiuque until our relocation.  Stay tuned to our Blog for more information.
