Tour2Couture offers the following Returns Policy:If you choose to return a garment:All items must be returned within 30 days of invoice. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipts. Item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Please call us at 1-877-488-4488 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. Please allow 2 full billing cycles for refunds to be posted to your credit card.
