Return Policy
Product purchases can be refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. No product refunds are accepted after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. HCS does not refund shipping charges.

Delivery Methods & Timing
All orders are processed during normal working hours (8am - 5pm EST) and within one business day of receipt. Products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS depending on the products purchased (5-7 business days) unless otherwise noted or customer specified.
