Time tested metal roof coating system includes utilizing our Dura-Flex UV coating of metal roofs for corrosion protection and UV stability.

North Hero, VT Metal Roof - This old farm house had rust forming in many area on the roof. The roof was pressure washed, then a pimer coat of Dura-Poxy SF was applied to bond to the metel roof; then Dura-Lastic mixed with Dura-Gel was used to seal flashing and voids; then a top coat of Dura-Flex UV was applied.

          

Middlesex, VT Metal Roof - This is a house in Middlesex, VT that had green flaking paint that needed repainting every few years. Roof was wet sand blasted to remove old paint and to scarify the roof surface. Then a coat of Dura-Flex SF was applied as a primmer coat. The skylights and chimney flashing were seal ed with Dura-Lastic mixed with Dura-Gel. Then a final coat of brick red Dura-Flex UV was applied. The color change is stunning and changes the whole appreance of the house.

          

Duxbury, VT Metal Roof - This is a 1907 School House that was converted into a daycare center and apartments. The metal roof was rusty and partially coated with roof paint. The existing roof paint was removed by dry sandblasting and the entire roof was pressure washed to remove any rust scale. A primer coat of Dura-Flex SF was applied right over the existing rust (stops oxidation) and then a top coat of Dura-Flex UV (dark gray) was applied.
