Basement waterproof coating. Dura-Flex SF is a solvent free, polyurethane waterproof and protective coating for concrete waterproofing and concrete block waterproofing. Dura-Flex SF will bond permanently to properly prepared concrete surfaces. Dura-Flex SF is applied as the primer and finish coats at a rate of 240 sq. ft. per gallon which yields about 7 mils thickness. The primer thin coat mechanically bonds deeply within the porous concrete surface. Dura-Lastic mixed with Dura-Lastic Gel is applied as the crack and joint filler in between Dura-Flex SF coats for crack sealing, concrete voids, cold joints, and gaps.
