FAQ

Q: Are your seeds certified organic?
A: We carry only untreated seeds that are not genetically modified (hybrids are listed as such). Click on "Certified Organic" (on the left side of the page) to see our certified organic offerings.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: For standard shipping within the US we charge a flat $2 for shipping and handling. The figure for "Amount in cart" shown at the top of the page includes this amount. For rush orders you can change your shipping preference at checkout. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship to international addresses?
A: We can ship to most countries, depending upon agricultural regulations. For international orders, shipping will be billed at actual cost and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order once these costs are determined.

Q: Items do not show up in cart. What am I doing wrong?
A: Your browser (IE Explorer, Firefox etc.) needs to accept cookies from our site. The cookie is the connection between your computer and our cart that allows us to keep track of your order. Since our cookies expire after 72 hours, you can leave an order and return to it within 3 days (as long as you don't delete the cookie). If you need help "allowing cookies", send us an email to orders with the name of your browser and its version number and we'll send back specific instructions for that browser.
