CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
We accept Visa and
MasterCard.  Your order will not be shipped until we get proper credit card billing information.  We must verify the correct name and address on all credit card orders with the bank that issued the card.

CHECK POLICY:
We accept personal and company checks. To place an order and pay by check, please call us at 1-978-937-5515. We reserve the right to hold orders paid by check for 10-15 business days.  Your order will be shipped after your check has cleared the bank.

SALES TAX:
Orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses are subject to 5% Massachusetts Sales Tax.

ITEMS OUT-OF-STOCK:
Out-of-stock items will be automatically backordered.  We will send an email to inform you that the item is backordered and to provide you with an estimated shipping date.  Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is ready to ship.  Most backordered items are available within 10 business days, although seasonal delays may occur.  Please contact us by email at Service@EquipYourTeam.com with any questions about backordered items.

RETURNS:

Any item may be returned for exchange or refund IF…

  • It is unused,
  • In the original packaging, and
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

RESTOCKING FEES:
We will charge a 10% restocking fee for any
item returned due to refusal of shipment.  A Service Fee of $5.00 will be charged for any item returned for refund without a Return Authorization form provided by our Customer Service Team.  We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or exchange for any item when the purchaser does not receive prior authorization.
