Standard Delivery Items:

In-stock merchandise will ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Standard delivery time varies with the choice of carrier and service selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will do our very best to give you an expected delivery date. Items ordered together may not always arrive together. All delivery charges (if any) will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Your credit card will be authorized at time of order and charged when the items ship; you will only be charged for items that ship.  International customers you are responsible for all duties/taxes imposed by their country of residence.

Shipping Options:

Darkson Designs tries to offer its customers the widest variety of shipping options possible, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are calculated by the courier's automated services and may vary greatly depending on the type of delivery service selected. We reserve the right to alter order shipping method based on parcel size, weight and destination.

Damaged Deliveries:

If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days for you to receive a refund or exchange. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully with the original packing materials. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs.)  If you paid with a credit card, product charges will be credited to your account. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
