Sauerbraten - German Marinated Pot Roast
A classic German dish - marinated pot roast with a sweet- sour sauce. This dish is easy, but takes a bit of planning, 3 days of marinating and then several hours of cooking.
This goulash is made with sauerkraut and pork. A peasant dish which is a one bowl meal when served with boiled potatoes or dense, heavy bread. Also, delicous made with dark turkey meat.
