Why is there a message that says cannot ship USPS?
The shipping will always be United States Postal Service Priorty Mail unless it is furniture and that will go UPS. There are no dimensions on clothing, since it is shipped all together in one package. In order to ship UPS products need dimensions, clothes do not have dimensions. Shipping clothes UPS takes longer and costs a lot more than USPS (Priorty mail). The default for shipping clothes is USPS. Regular mail can be requested. Send an email to request.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on method of delivery. USPS Priorty mail takes 2-3 days. UPS takes anywhere from 7-14 days.
Are shipping charges accurate?
Shipping charges are an estimate, the actual charges will be added at processing time.
Is my transaction secure?
Secure Order Site: (https) The secure site sign will appear when you are on the page enter your credit information. This assures you that all information you enter is secure.
Is there a handling fee?
On furniture orders only there is a $5.00 handling fee, which is added in the shipping charges.
Shipping seems kind of high?
Shipping on furniture can be expensive depending on the piece. Many items are large and considered oversized for UPS which raises the shipping cost. Shipping is an estimate and the actual cost will be added at the time order is processed.
Can you lower the shipping cost?
No, Shipping is the actual charge that UPS charges, except for the $5.00 that Crafts by Diane charges for the handling which includes boxing and sending out the furniture.
Can I have my order sent First Class Mail?
Yes, Only clothes can be sent First Class Mail (not furniture). You will be charged the actual cost of shipping.
Do I need to confirm my order?
Yes, If the order is not confirmed on the checkout pages, your order will not be processed.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, an order can always be picked up. You would have to call to make pickup arrangements.
