ORDERS
If product is in stock and the order is received Monday through Friday, it will ship within two business days, if not, we will let you know exact shipping time within 24 hours of inquiry or order placed. We will send an e-mail confirmation of your order within a few hours of placing the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are based on your location and the amount of the order. Orders (within the contiguous 48 states) that total more than $100 enjoy free shipping! If you live in the Washington, DC area you can select “arrange for pickup” and save shipping costs by picking up your products in downtown DC. If you select this option you must supply your e-mail address so we can contact you to arrange pick up. We will send packages next day for an additional fee.
PAYMENTS
Cattiwampus accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover for your payment.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be asked to register; it is not required but certain features may not be accessed without registering. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. We ask for registration so we can send coupons and news about Cattiwampus.
COUPONS AND SALES
Cattiwampus has periodic sales and promotions that may require the use of a coupon code. Coupon codes should be entered in the "Promotion Code" box on the checkout page. Only one coupon code can be used at any one time. Coupon codes may not be used to further reduce sale items. Certain items from specific vendors such as Tatutina, Oopsy Daisy or Fleurville may be excluded from such promotions. Any applicable discount will be reflected on your final invoice. Discounts may not be applied to previous purchases. Promotional codes, sales, and offers are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cattiwampus. If you are unhappy, however, items may be returned within 15 days if they are in the same condition as when they were sent, unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached for a full refund less shipping costs. All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us within 15 days at info@cattiwampus.com for a Return Authorization. After the claim has been accepted and approved, your money will be refunded minus the shipping costs. Items may be returned after 15 days for store credit only, you will still need a Return Authorization. Please mail all approved returns care of Wendy Meltzer to: 1514 17th St. NW #307 Washington, DC 20036.
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer (as noted in their product description) and are final sale unless there is a manufacturer defect or error. If you feel you have a manufacturer defect please contact us at info@cattiwampus.com. Returns after 45 days will not be accepted.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Shopping online is safe and secure at Cattiwampus. We will never under any circumstances sell or give away any of your information. All information you provide to us will be solely used for the process of your order only.
