Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. You may return any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. We will be glad to make an exchange, or refund your payment.

All returns and exchanges will require an RA (return authorization) number. RA number must be printed clearly on carton and all products must be securely packed. Call customer service at: (800) 958-4729 to obtain RA number. All returns must be sent to Rax Skateboard Distribution freight prepaid.

Warranty Information

All products sold by Carver Skateboards are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the purchase date.

Proof of purchase or shipment date is required to validate the warranty period. The warranty becomes void if the product is modified, improperly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.

ONCE SKATEBOARD IS USED, SKATEBOARD DECK WILL NOT BE COVERED.

Call Customer service at (800) 958-4729 for questions about a possible defect. All defective product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our customer service department.

Disclamier of Warranties

The warranties provided above are the only warranties applicable. Carver Skateboards makes no other warranties, express or implied, in connection with any product purchased from us including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Carver Skateboards shall not be responsible for any consequential or indirect loss or damages incurred in connection with the use of any product purchased from us.
