Include a copy of your receipt or original order.

All returns are tested and inspected. Returns will be replaced, repaired, credited or returned to customer at Buy Reliant's discretion.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Credit will be issued on new unused products only returned within 15 days of purchase.

Buy Reliant may charge a 15-25% return fee on products missing parts, manuals, packaging etc.
Buy Reliant must follow the factory return policy for each brand returned.
Items listed under Clearance,Close Out, discontinued are non refundable all sales final
Buy Reliant will attempt to resolve all returns in a speedy, professional manner.

Shipping and Back Order Policy
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or Federal Express
Allow 24 hrs for orders to be shipped. Most orders
are shipped same day ordered if available and order was received before 3PM CST.
Some products will be shipped from other sources usually direct from Manufacturer.
Please allow 24-48 Hrs for shipment to process.
In the event an Item is back ordered, Sold Out, Discontinued. The customer will be notified by phone or email.
