Include a copy of your receipt or original order.

All returns are tested and inspected. Returns will be replaced, repaired or credited.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Credit will be issued on new unused, products only. Buy Reliant may charge a 15-25% return fee on products missing parts, manuals, packaging etc. Buy Reliant must follow the factory return policy for each brand returned.

Buy Reliant will attempt to resolve all returns in a speedy, professional manner.
