The Sarcochilus genus is comprised of about 15 species and is native to Australia. This plant is one of the species, the hartmanii. Strong stems rise above a sturdy set of leaves and support multiple snow white flowers flecked with tomato red in the center. The Sarco. hartmanii will appreciate being allowed to dry down between waterings and cooling down in the winter to the mid to high 50's. Putting the plant near the window usually gives it enough of a temperature swing to make it happy.
