But occasionally you may feel the need to return or exchange your order. You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase date and receive an exchange, replacement, or refund for the full merchandise amount, less shipping charges. To help us to handle your request as quickly as possible please complete our Returns Form found in your package and indicate whether your want an exchange (a different item than the one you received), a replacement (the same item), or credit. If an item is damaged it is helpful if you also give us a description of the problem. Any refund will be received through PayPal.
