The Baby Bites™ Store offers the following Returns Policy:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:
If not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.  All returns must be IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION. 

Customers must email customer service for a return authorization. Please email contactus@babybites.info explaining the situation and request or return authorization.  All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility and Baby Bites Store will not refund original shipping charges. 

Please note: Refunds can take up to 14 days for the payment to be refunded.
