Mary's Zucchini Relish is just about as good as a relish gets! We'd never heard of zucchini relish before we became acquainted with Mary's line. Now we're old friends!
The zucchinis are cut paper thin, mixed with onions and red bell pepers, and marinated in a vinegar and sugar bath that's loaded with terrific spices. You can pair this with any savory food, or even eat it right out of the jar! Sinfully delicious!
Our canned products are the real thing- handmade by an Amish woman in her kitchen—unlike others you’ll see that have Amish names and which are mass produced in factories. As a matter of fact, the vast majority of Mary's produce is grown right on her own Lancaster County farm. She actually prefers to occasionally wait to re-stock her shelves with her own rather than buy inferior quality produce elsewhere. That impresses the heck out of us, and is evident in the taste of her products.

Ingredients: Zucchini, onions, red peppers, salt, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, turmeric, celery seed, black pepper, cornstarch. Refrigerate after opening.
