This medium salsa is one of the very best packaged salsas we've ever had-- and we've had plenty. We actually buy this product from Mary by the case for our very own consumption, so you know we're sold. Once you taste it, you will be, too.
The medium heat is for real- this is definitely not a mild salsa that's trying to boost its favor by proclaiming it's hotter than it is. The heat lingers pleasantly on your tongue after you've swallowed your food. But seasoned spice fans won't be rushing for the water...or should that be milk?
One of the many outstanding things about this salsa is that it is so flavorful. The heat doesn't get in the way of the tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro, vinegar and other ingredients.
Our canned products are the real thing- handmade by an Amish woman in her kitchen—unlike others you’ll see that have Amish names and which are mass produced in factories. As a matter of fact, the vast majority of Mary's produce is grown right on her own Lancaster County farm. She actually prefers to occasionally wait to re-stock her shelves with her own rather than buy inferior quality produce elsewhere. That impresses the heck out of us, and is evident in the taste of her products.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, cilantro leaves, parsley, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, cumin. Refrigerate after opening.
