Customer Service Alderman and Marshall, Inc. Policies Cancellation and Refund Policies: Registrants may request a refund at any point prior to the day of the course, however, a $10. service fee will be assessed and deducted from the amount refunded. Refunds requested less than fourteen days prior to the date of the course and up to one day before the class will charged a $50. service fee. Refunds will be issued by check within ten working days. Anyone canceling on the day of the course or not showing for a registered course will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, individuals arriving late to a course are not eligible for refunds. If Alderman and Marshall, Inc. find it necessary to cancel a scheduled course, we will notify you immediately and you will receive a full refund of your tuition. In certain circumstances, we may find it necessary to substitute instructors. We will do our best to notify you of all changes to courses in which you are enrolled. Although we strive to offer you quality service and a superior learning experience, please feel free to notify us in writing or verbally of any complaint, comment or suggestion you may have. We will work to resolve the issue in the most suitable means available at the time. Attendance and Issuance of Course Certificates: Participants must attend the course in its entirety in order to receive certificates indicating that they have met attendance requirements and may be eligible for continuing education hours/units per their licensing board. |
